She comes to cut the veil of Ego's pride

She comes to remind the living

not to take life's breath for granted,

nor ill-gotten gain.

She reminds us deeply

to treasure and respect all life.

She shatters

She breaks

She screams out into the night Earth's pain

Leaving evil's bones, bleached white.

All is still now,

All hearts at rest.

She gracefully stirs the soul inside its tomb,

To Awaken

To ascend in Peace.
