Like the Summer Sun,

support and nurture

those you love,

those you care about

and those who are new in your life.

Do not let a day go by

without lending a helping hand,

Share an encouraging word

Or be the listening ear.

Let your legacy

be a road map of compassion,

with the stops along the way

marked by Empathy and Love.

and what you do each

and everyday counts.

Do not doubt the power of kindness

Nor the gift of understanding

Believe that You Are Worthy,

no matter what anyone

says or does.

And affirm that all are worthy

no matter what you think of them...

Nor be loose with boundaries.

Stay strong in your energy

And say 'NO! ' When needed.
