Chasing Inspiration

oh where will this lead?

Music plays from the I-phone,

parking lot pulsing it's Grocery store rhythm.

My ball-capped messy hair laughs!

I sit here

Car door open,

gazing off at the trees

and passer-bys.

Has time flown by on emphasis?

only here on reflections watch?

Hasn't everyday now, molded into one?

Looking down at my hands

olive freckled, tanned by Summers kisses

Music shifting moods into awe,

Remembering Ma, her hands

Happy tears swell along my eyes

All the gifts along the way,

come into full view.

So caught up in releasing and expansion

the moments pocketed instead of flowed.

Humilities gift is life's returning point of being

One of which, laughter follows eagerly.

'Chasing Inspiration' has transformed into

'Already enough to Inspire'.

Ballcap off,

hair free

wavy and wild!

Ignition on,

windows down,

phone off and radio up!

Sun falling down,

foreshadowing adventures up ahead
