To effectively lead, one must remain objective,
lest the other become dependent on something outside themselves.
This leads the other to the space of personal responsibility
and ultimately self mastery, on one’s own time.
Leadership asks a better question,
seeking to intentionally engage with another from a neutral perspective.
When one validates a personal belief or makes assumptions
about another during dialogue, limits oneself from further expansion.
Assumption-based reasoning only causes harm to oneself
and reflects outwardly the inner program.
